St John WA Ravensthorpe Community Transport Service provides the local community with access to safe, reliable and affordable transportation to and from medical appointments. The service aims to assist people who are unable to use their own means of transport by providing them with a door to door service.
The service is available to residents of Ravensthorpe and Hopetoun for both one way and return travel to medical and allied health appointments. Currently, the service takes passengers to appointments in Albany, Denmark, Esperence and specialist appointments and community centres locally.
Our service is suitable for passengers who are able to get in and out of a sedan vehicle without requiring assistance or en route medical assistance.

Service requirements
Passengers must:
- Be able to get in and out of a sedan vehicle
- Not require assistance or en route medical assistance
- Be medically stable
- Have a carer with them if they have dementia or are unstable
- Have a guardian with them if under 18 years of age
- Be able to manage themselves at the scheduled appointment
